If you have the following common symptoms, there’s an easy cure: Dry mouth, tiredness, thirst, muscle weakness, headache, dizziness or lightheadedness
These are all signs of mild dehydration and the way to solve it or rule it out as a cause is to drink one or two large glasses of water. Heat is an obvious source of dehydration but high humidity can also cause faster dehydration. Long-term tress is also a factor in dehydration since it decreases the function of your adrenal glands. Even having a cold or sore throat is a factor since you’re less likely to drink enough fluids.
Sometimes you get dehydrated because you’re just too busy to remember to drink water. If you bring a bottle of water with you, it increases the likelihood that you’ll drink more water. Eating more fruits and vegetables also increases your hydration.
